SNG Swimming improves life-saving skills, endurance, muscle strength, cardiovascular fitness, gross motor skills, courage, relaxation, and confidence.
Novice classes focus on basic water skills: safety, entry/exit, floating, breathing, submersion, overcoming fears, and survival skills.
Multi-level classes focus on basic swimming skills: head/body position, breathing, hip rotation, arm movements, strokes, slides, and diving board.
All ages. your pool or ours.
