The SNG Ninja program delivers a challenging and exciting youth fitness experience. Classes consist of jumping, running, balancing and swinging through an assortment of setups, platforms and equipment.
These creative stations, coupled with general fitness and conditioning skills, provide an excellent foundation to build strength, agility, flexibility and endurance.
The perfect fusion of gymnastics, parkour, obstacle training and freestyle movement will produce a strong mind and body, as well as, enhance focus and confidence.
All SNG Ninja classes are coed from preschool through elementary school with a curriculum that ensures all students are successful.
