SNG All Sports improves muscle strength, cardiovascular system, endurance, weight management, coordination, agility, flexibility and balance.
The All Sports class is modeled after our popular Fitness Club Camps! Athletes will be introduced to a variety of sports including baseball, soccer, football, hockey, gymnastics, ninja and more. Each month focuses on a different sport.
The curriculum is designed to introduce young athletes to a variety of sports and assist them in gaining an appreciation for fitness, teamwork and self-discipline.
